It’s no secret that I’m a fan of Kettlebell training. The thing that sold me was burning 525 calories in 25 minutes with the Formosa Fitness Kettlebell Fat Loss Circuit. To change things up a bit, I incorporated an interval timer and did the Formosa Fitness Basic but TOUGH Ketttlebell workout.
