Spartacus - 878 Calories
Today is officially my off-day, but what the hey .. I had an opportunity to train with my wife this morning and this is rare given our schedules. We did 2 rounds of the Men’s Health Spartacus workout and IT WAS GREAT. This was her first time doing the workout and she really enjoyed it. Kettlebell Cardio and The Men's Health Spartacus... →
Whew … Just completed 1 circuit of the “Spartacus Workout”. Not bad for an early morning workout in under 15 mins. I am technically on my “off day” in the RKC Program Minimum, but what the hey .. Interval Timer to Maintain Intensity
It’s no secret that I’m a fan of Kettlebell training. The thing that sold me was burning 525 calories in 25 minutes with the Formosa Fitness Kettlebell Fat Loss Circuit. To change things up a bit, I incorporated an interval timer and did the Formosa Fitness Basic but TOUGH Ketttlebell workout. The workout was modified a bit to add Left/Right Bent Over Rows and Halos to the workout....
